Se expone una panorámica de las migraciones en el mundo en general y de las inmigraciones a América en particular (1-3). Se indica cómo se configura la identidad cultural y los problemas que surgen en relación con ella. Se señalan algunas de las instituciones más importantes dedicadas a las migraciones (4). Se traza una visión general del tema de la identidad cultural en relación con las migraciones en EEUU y en el mundo (5-6).

This paper outline an overview of migration in the world in general and of immigration to America in particular (1-3). It shows how cultural identity is configured and problems that arise in connection with it. It identifies some of the major institutions involved in migration (4). It drawn an overview of the issue of cultural identity in relation to migration in the EEUU and in the world (5-6).
